our values

We believe that business can and should be a force for good. Our work is guided by a commitment to public benefit, ethical practice, and long-term social value. We particularly value working with teams and organisations that are committed to public and social benefit, and we aim to contribute positively to the communities and wider systems we work within. This page sets out our organisational approach to social value, in line with the NHS Social Value Model.

Inclusion, Accessibility, and Equal OpportunityWe are a Disability Confident Employer, and supporting people to work to the best of their ability is central to how we operate. This includes:- Designing work that is accessible and inclusive
- Making reasonable adjustments as standard practice
- Valuing neurodiversity, disability, and difference
- Supporting psychologically safe, trauma-informed ways of working
These commitments contribute to reducing inequality, supporting workforce wellbeing, and enabling sustainable participation.

Ethical Working Practices and Workforce Wellbeing
We recognise that social value is inseparable from how work is designed and delivered. Our approach prioritises:- Ethical contracting and clear professional boundaries
- Sustainable workloads and burnout-aware ways of working
- Reflective practice, supervision, and continuous learning
This supports resilient delivery and contributes to healthier systems over time.

Responsible and Purpose-Led Business
We are members of the Better Business Act coalition, reflecting our commitment to responsible, purpose-led business practices that balance people, planet, and profit.Where appropriate, we support skills development and system capacity through education, reflective practice, and knowledge sharing. Our approach to social value is embedded in how we work day-to-day, rather than treated as a separate or performative activity.

Environmental Responsibility
We seek to minimise our environmental impact through proportionate and practical measures, including:- Remote and hybrid delivery to reduce unnecessary travel
- Digital-first systems to minimise paper use
- Conscious decision-making around travel, resources, and suppliers
We recognise environmental responsibility as an evolving practice that develops over time.

Governance and Accountability
Our social value commitments are embedded within our professional governance and reviewed periodically. We are happy to share further organisational-level information where required, in line with procurement processes. This page reflects the NHS Social Value Model, including the themes of Equal Opportunity, Wellbeing, Tackling Economic Inequality, Fighting Climate Change, and COVID-19 Recovery.

what we do
